Beth, a lifetime member since 2006, sent us this note about Beth, our travel agent:

"John......

I have to tell you what a wonderful person Elizabeth Foss, [your travel agent], is. She has been working with us for several months trying to plan two vacation reservations for us, one for this year and one for next. She has patiently gone through several scenarios with us trying to make up our minds of what we wanted and what we could afford. She has had wonderful suggestions and taken extra time to make sure we could get the vacation we hoped for. I have had many questions and she has so sweetly taken her time to investigate and give us the answers we needed. Her help has been invaluable.

Then two weeks ago my mother was diagnosed with lung cancer. I explained to Beth what had happened and that we would no longer be able to use our reservations for this year. Beth told me not to worry that she would handle everything for us in canceling the reservation. I felt so bad after all the work we had put her through, but her concern was with us and not herself.

As I told her, I wouldn't know her if I walked right by her, as we have never met, only communicated by email. But she has shown so much care and concern for my mother and myself that I truly believe she is an Angel on Earth. Her emails are words of encouragement and relating her experiences with having cancer in her family, with her being so positive it has helped me feel better.

Oh how I wish I could tell you how much she means to us. She is not only our Travel Agent, she has become a Blessing to me and my family."

Thanks again, Beth, for your kind words. We invite all of our readers to join Donna and me in praying for her mother's speedy recovery.
