Children's desserts at WDW:
California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort features
Ms. Ice Cream Head with a vanilla scoop, decorated cone for
a hat, sprinkles and candy for the eyes, mouth and nose.
Canada’s Le Cellier restaurant at Epcot features a chocolate
"mousse" coated with cookie crumbs to which kids can add
antlers, eyes, and a mouth and nose made of cookies.
Norway’s Restaurant Akershus at Epcot features Troll
(House!) cookies which kids can decorate with icing, candy

an unannounced type - but is that only for passholders? One
of my daughters and I..., are heading to MK this weekend (we
are driving up to Orlando to pick up a prom dress, if you
can believe that!) and want to try to catch It's A Small
World; I've heard they are having soft openings for that and
Soaring and a few other things.....Any inside scoops you can
throw my way?? I did read... that Soaring was not open right
now due to some snafu, but hope it will be Saturday

From time to time Disney offers a soft opening for AP
holders only, but generally everyone is allowed to sample
the ride on a soft opening day.
Yes, Disney closed Soarin' temporarily due to technical
glitches. Hopefully, it was back up when you got there.
People seem to like the changes to Small World.
